I would love to chat with you and answer any questions you may have!

If you have any interest in coaching, I would highly recommend taking a few minutes to fill out an Intake Form.

Let’s get in touch so you can be on your way to FINALLY understanding why you do what you do, how to get unstuck, what foods to eat, what’s getting in your way and how to create long lasting change.

Don’t let another day go by being frustrated and discouraged about where you’re at in life or with your health.

Not ready to fill out a Coaching Form,

but still have questions?

  • A nutritionist focuses primarily on diet while a health coach has a whole-body approach and considers more than just food.

  • A personal trainer focuses on improving the physical body and performance, while a health coach has a whole-person view and addresses the three domains of well-being: the physical, cognitive, and emotional.

  • This can vary depending on the person, but 3 months is a good amount of time to address habits and behaviors, begin acting on them, and sticking to them through ups and downs. In that amount of time, you will see change.

Remember, change does not happen overnight and our goal is to MAKE CHANGES FOR A LIFETIME. Be patient and enjoy seeing the progress you make along the way. There are growing pains, but ultimately it is rewarding and well worth it.

  • It’s so important for you to know exactly what Health and Life Coaching looks like and what you would get out of it. So, I would love to chat with you first about the program and answer any questions you may have. Then, if all goes well and we find that this is a great fit, we can discuss the financial aspect.

  • The WHOLE GOAL is for this to be sustainable! This is not a crash diet, workout 7 times a week, give up your entire social life… etc sort of a plan. We shift our focus to what we can have and what our body would really benefit from and adding in new things instead.

We also work together to come up with small action steps that are completely doable for you, ones that fit in your schedule and get you one step closer to where you want to be.

Having unrealistic goals may have been a stumbling block for you in the past and you may or may not recognize that. Creating goals that are too big to reach, sets you up to fail! If they are unrealistic, you can try and try and never reach them. So it’s important to be honest with yourself in creating them, asking “is this actually doable for me to do this week? or am I asking too much of myself?”.

We want this this to be the new and improved you!
